Season’s greetings from Vienna

Nong Nat won the Happy Baby Award

Season’s greetings from Vienna

Editor,

Eight weeks ago I found your ad at the Pattaya Mail, that you started this weekly edition. For that past two years I have been observing some aspects of your local culture by observing several online-newspapers very regularly.

From the first moment I have been very surprised that you have reports with a lot of excellent pics of occasions and evens like Loy Krathong, Travel Show or Manau Poi Dance Festival.

There are very good reports on local cultural activities. An excellent example how a weekly newspaper can distribute such colourful and attractive festivals all over the world.

I guess that some of your staff is European, and would like to express seasonal greetings and a very successful year 2003.

Sincerely yours,

Franz Sefcsik

Nong Nat won the Happy Baby Award

Dear Editor;

I have enjoyed reading your new publication over the last few weeks, but would like to correct you on one important issue. You covered the Baby Crawling Competition held at Kad Suan Kaew, in volume no. 6. Our son Nathan Goodall (Nong Nat) came second overall and got 3,000 baht cash and products, which you reported correctly, and also won the Happy Baby Award (Dumex Plus Popular Vote) with 1,000 baht cash, which you reported incorrectly. If you read carefully, the evidence is in the photos.

We appreciate your reports of local events, national events and international news. However, it would be nice if you give the reader the correct information in the first instance.

Yours Sincerely

Waarren & Charlie Goodall
