Adrian O’Herlihy, executive chef at the Amari Rincome Hotel, invited the press to learn all about “his” Irish food festival, called “Irresistibly Irish”. The party will be held on March 29th-30th with Irish music from No Fixed Abode and a huge variety of Irish food.

The Chiangmai Scandinavian Club had a most enjoyable Italian buffet dinner on March 15. With 29 persons in attendance, one could meet (from left) Danish, Thai, Norwegian, Swedish, and more Danish nationals, looking at the Georg Jensen Damask exhibition.

A bunch of international ladies got together at Nobody’s Restaurant the other day - great lunch was provided by Chef Joerg, and everyone had a most enjoyable time. The Lunch Bunch gets together regularly, just to keep in touch, exchange ideas, and catch up on the latest gossip. The next luncheon will be after Songkran, on Wednesday, 23 April, at 12 Gables, the late Gary Dilley’s house.
