The Ladies Lunch Bunch for June will be held at
Chan and Pauline’s restaurant on June 23 at 12 noon. The restaurant is
exactly opposite the Northern Farms shop on Huai Kaew Road. Plenty of
parking and the restaurant is air conditioned. It will be a set meal with a
choice of either ‘Kassler’ (smoked pork) or fish. Price including

Newly opened La Luna Gallery in Chiang Mai
presents its first major exhibition: “White Mornings and green
buffaloes - visions of Vietnam”, featuring twelve Vietnamese
artists. Some of the artists are already famous and well-established
internationally, while others are young and upcoming and have never
exhibited outside Vietnam before. Worth visiting! The exhibition runs until

The Influential Sri Lanka? A continuation of work
by Chiang Mai-based photographer Angela Srisomwongwathana. Black & white

INTG: The next meeting of the Informal Northern
Thai Group is Tuesday July 6, at the Alliance Fran็aise

Mark your calendars: The music department of Payap
University presents on Friday, July 2 at 7.30 p.m. at the multi-media
room, Mae Kao campus, a concert of Chamber Music featuring
clarinet, performed by Chaipruk Mekara, Karen Wernli, cellist, and pianists
Bennett Lerner and David Wilson. The program will be Beethoven’s Trio for
Clarinet, Cello and Piano, Debussy’s Rhapsody for Clarinet and Piano,
Mekara’s “Wung Weyng” (“Lonely”) for solo clarinet, and Brahms’s
Sonata No. 1 for Clarinet and Piano. Admission Free!
