The senior vice president for Foreign Affairs of Japan, HE Masatoshi Abe gave a special address to Asst. Prof. Nipon Tuwanon, Director of Chiang Mai University, and other VIPs who welcomed him during his visit in Chiang Mai, before having lunch at the Saen Kham Terrace Restaurant in Chiang Mai.

Enjoying an international joke at the Amari Rincome cocktail party were Rebecca Chambers (UK), GM Wim Fagel (Netherlands) and Formula 3 star Julian Harburg (Australia).
