couple. On the next morning the excited pair picked up their new son, 22 month
old Chayodom Lee Sousa-Lall. After a short holiday they will return to
Canada, but will be bringing Chayodom back frequently so that he does not forget
his heritage.

Maj Gen Intarat Yodbangtoey, president of the
Weightlifting Association of Thailand, hosted a party at the Good View
Restaurant, Chiang Mai for all four Olympic medallist weightlifters. The Two
Olympic gold medals winners were (from left), “Kai” Pavina Thongsuk,
“Orn” Udomporn Polsak, and two bronze medallists Wandee Kampiam and Aree
Wiratthaworn. With them are Maj Gen Intarat Yodbangtoey (back row, second from
left, partly hidden) and Budsaba Yodbangtoey (first left, back row, partly
hidden), manager of the Thai national weightlifting team, and other guests.
