Get involved in modern art!
Internationally acclaimed artist Navin Rawanchaikul has pursued a year-long
project called “Fly with Me to Another World,” aimed at creating a new
model for community participation in the creation and integration of
contemporary art. From Feb. 17-20, Navin will host an international
symposium called “Public Art In(ter)vention” at Chiang Mai University
and Lamphun’s Hariphunchai National Museum. Artists, curators and art
critics, both local and foreign, will talk about the role of art in modern
