Andreas Schiller surprised his wife Daniela Prolingheuer on her birthday with a sumptuous German ‘Abendessen’ at To Nobody, their favorite German restaurant in Chiang Mai. It was a candle-lit dinner for two, which Chef Joerg (far left) was happy to supply.

Chris Stewart, former British 5000 m Champion and a volunteer sports-trainer at The Northern School for the Blind (NSB) presented NSB Director Pikul Leosiripong with an ‘Achilles Club for Disabled’ T-Shirt, for her efforts in Chiang Mai. Achilles is represented in sixty countries, helping people with all types of disabilities to participate in mainstream athletics.

Thai Airways International’s Nepal office made a promotion trip to Chiang Mai to support the efforts of TAT, THA and the airlines to promote Northern Thailand. Amongst those who made the trip were HRH Vivek Basnyat of Nepal, visiting his old friend Wim Fagel, GM of Amari Rincome Hotel, and Viroj Sirihorachai General Manager Thai Airways Katmandu, (standing back row).

Nareerat Chantaramungkorn (third left), executive vice president business and marketing of Niyom Phanich Co., Ltd., welcomed Prapon Phothiwarakul, of Mitsubishi Electric Kanyong Wattana Co., Ltd., at the Mitsubishi Electric Expo 2005 at The Empress Chiang Mai.
