Prem Center hosts Asian Cricket Council coaching course

The Prem Tinsulanonda Center for International Education hosted a five day Specialist Coaching Course in July, organized by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) and attended by twenty of Asia’s top cricket coaches, including national team coaches from Pakistan and Sri Lanka and some former Test and International players.

Chiang Mai Science museum’s new exhibition

The Doi Suthep Nature Study Center in Honor of HM the King now has a new permanent exhibition.

The museum was opened 1997 in honor of HM the King’s 50 years on the throne and has exhibits which are divided into six zones ranging from the hill tribes of North Thailand to natural wonders, including the creation of our solar system.

Batman on the loose - Christian Bale to come to Chiang Mai

A new war-action-drama movie is set to begin shooting in Thailand in August this year. Directed by Werner Herzog, it stars Christian Bale (best known for his role in the recently released movie ‘Batman Begins’) and Steve Zahn.
