Elite Model Look Thailand 2005” Contest in Chiang Mai on Saturday, October 1, 2005 at Central Airport Plaza. The winner will receive a two year contract, cash prizes and will be the Thailand model representative at the “Elite Model Look International 2005 World Competition”, in Shanghai in November this year with competitors from over 80 countries.

Goethe-Institut Bangkok and the Faculty of Fine Arts of CMU Art museum is staging an Art Exhibition called “Sigma Polke, music from an unknown source” which opens on Tuesday October 4, 2005 at 6 p.m. running until October 28 at the Front Gallery (1st floor) from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

CMU Art Museum until September 28, 2005, Sculpture Art Exhibition: “Return to the Oriental Life and Spirit 4” by Watchara Prayoonkum at the Front Gallery, 1st floor, daily from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The Writers Club and Wine Bar in conjunction with the Suvannabhumi art gallery is staging a six month season (until February 2006) of contemporary Burmese art, by leading artists, some of whose work can not be shown in Burma because of its political nature.
