Friends recently gathered at the home of Becky Lomax and Frank Weicks to welcome Steve Deering (back row, far right) to Chiang Mai. Steve is a native of California in the USA, recently retired from a career with the US government and was appointed by the Board of Directors of the Foundation for the Education of Rural Children (FERC) as its USA Representative to the Board.
