The Attorney General Office of Chiang Mai Province would like to invite all foreigners who have Thai spouses and homeowners, business entrepreneurs, working employees and community leaders in the Chiang Mai area to a meeting titled ‘Project on Mobilizing Volunteer Attorney to Protect Rights of International People’ on Saturday 21st June starting 8.30am at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel. Informal Northern Thai Group talk will be held on Tuesday July 17th 7:30pm at the Alliance Francaise on Charoen Prathet Road. The title of the talk will be ‘Satya- A prayer for the Enemy’ It is a talk and a film about non violent protest by Buddhist nuns in Tibet, and the way they are treated by the Chinese.
