Prince Bhisadej Rajani, Chairman of the Royal Project Foundation, graciously presided over the wedding reception of Kim Wachtveitl, Director of Business Development for Siam Winery and son of renowned General Manager of The Oriental Bangkok, Kurt and Penny Wachtveitl, and Nalin Vanasin, daughter of Dr. Boon Charuvarn Vanasin, owner of Piyaveth Hospital at the ceremonial lawn of Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi, Chiang Mai. The party was attended by more than 250 guests.

The grand opening of Girasole vegetarian restaurant located on the Sunday walking street took place recently. The Honorary Consul of France, Mr.Thomas Baude and Mrs. Chamaiphan Baude cut the ribbon for the opening ceremony.
