celebrated 39 for an umpteenth time.

At the L’Coq d’Or restaurant Prof Dr Pongsak Angkasit, president of Chiang Mai
University and friends jointly hosted a farewell party for the outgoing Chiang
Mai Governor Wichai Srikwan (fourth from left), who was promoted as the new
Director General of the Local Administration Department in Bangkok, and also a
congratulatory party for Mr. Wachara Tantranont (third from left), on being
named Honorary Consul of Korea in Chiang Mai.
