Discriminatory practice at the zoo

So the Chiang Mai Zoo is yet another venue in this pseudo democracy that charges us ‘farangs’ at least 100% more than Thais at the entrance gate. (CMM 6th Nov page 3)
I hereby challenge Zoo management to justify this discriminatory practice.
Likewise, I challenge the National Parks Authority and the Tourism Authority of Thailand to justify why we ‘farang’ are charged 400 baht to visit such places as Doi Inthanon National Park, Erawan Waterfall whilst Thais only pay 40 baht.
This loathsome decades old practice is actually racially prejudiced, as it discriminates on the basis of ethnicity.
Do Thais really want their country to be known as a racially prejudiced country?
Maybe if we ‘farang’ victims boycotted such places by doing as U-turn at the entrance gate the discrimination might cease. Why pay to see animals in captivity anyway?
I’m sure Thai visitors to my country would be outraged if they were charged more than locals to visit tourist attractions.
