Friends beyond Frontiers, was the theme of the 4th Chiang Mai
University International Day held on December 11, at the
university’s International Centre for Education. The purpose was to
encourage and enable all university students, both Thai and
expatriates to find out more about Thai arts and culture. CMU
president Prof. Dr. Pongsak Angkasit presided over the day’s

Mark Bradford, General Manager and Savas Rattakunjara, Resort
Manager of Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi, Chiang Mai led a
huge group of the resort staffs to Wat Don Jan, Tasala District to
donate some support fund toys and other necessary goods. They also
enjoyed loads of fun activities with the orphanage children. This is
part of the annual social charity campaigns that the resort
organizes each year.
