Michael Downer, Director of Mirabaud Securities (Asia) Ltd., vowed his eternal love to Kitty Yeung, amidst the serenity and inspirational atmosphere of the Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi in Chiang Mai. Later, the happy couple enjoyed a gorgeous wedding reception in the Loy Kham Pool area with their guests. The venue was decorated with an East-Meets-West theme, whilst the calm and luxurious atmosphere of the resort made it a perfect day for the couple.

Kevin Flynn, Executive Assistant Manager of the Shangri-La Hotel, and Mrs. Kittiya Dalhead, Event Sales Manager, warmly welcomed the new USA Ambassador Eric John and his wife, who chose to stay at the Shangri-La during their recent visit to Chiang Mai.

Stefano named the Da Mattia restaurant after his son, whose first birthday was celebrated recently. Pictured are, Mauro, Lamduan (Mum), Stefano (dad/owner), birthday boy Mattia, Shatpimporn and Pao (grandmother).

(Right) On January 27, staff from Boutique Travel Service and children from Ban Papai village, planted 25 trees provided by Gun Huk, (Doi Suthep), as part of the Green Project. The village children were taught the names and uses of the trees and will continue to look after them.
