A couple of days ago I was in the Central Shopping Mall. For some reason I
lost my wallet, but I did not know it until I got to my car. I rushed back
to the Mall and asked one of the salesladies if someone found my wallet. She
said someone returned it and I was to pick it up at the information counter.
It was found by a gentleman from Chiang Rai. He left his phone number and I
called him at that time. I wanted to meet with him, but he said he was on
his way back to Chiang Rai. I talked with my wife, and we decided to donate
2,000 baht to a Children’s Home in Chiang Mai in his name. His overwhelming
kindness reassures me that I feel very fortunate to live in Thailand.
