Niwatcharee Wungsoontorn, standing 3rd right, the general manager of Amari Rincome Hotel, Chiang Mai, hosted a Christmas Eve party poolside for guests and visitors to the hotel.


Shangri-La Hotel, Chiang Mai celebrated its second anniversary on December 22 with Mr. Pong Sarasin, chairman of Shangri-La Hotel Public Co. Ltd (Thailand), board members, owners, the hotel’s General Manager Mrs. Elaine Yue and member of hotel’s executive team in a traditional Buddhist ceremony in the morning. The attendees enjoyed a celebratory lunch after the ceremonies.


The management of the Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi Hotel Chiang Mai launched it new French restaurant on December 12, Farang Ses Restaurant . Greg Liddell, 2nd left, General Manager, Dominique Bugnand, the 4th left, Executive Chef, Chaleenuch Visith, 5th left, Director of Public Relations, and Savas Rattakunjara, 7th Resort Manager of the Hotel.


Claude Gariepy of Fitzcarraldo Inc, Sally Ward, the 200 Club’s event organizer and Gary Newitt of Mr. Moo Co. Ltd at the 200 Club’s charity dinner at the Amari Rincome Hotel. The event raised 100,000 baht on December 19, with the 200 Club raising 370,000 baht during the year, to be divided equally between Lanna Dog Rescue centre and the new elephant clinic at Maetang Elephant park. Presentation of the money will be at a gala dinner at the Chedi Chiang Mai on January 19. Tickets 1500 baht. Contact [email protected] for tickets.
