4TH bomb in a week

The 4th bomb in a week and the 8th bomb in the past few weeks exploded behind the Central Memorial Hospital on Chang Klan Road at 2:00 a.m. on April 3rd.
A 7 inch wide and 1 inch deep crater was made by the explosion with the blast damaging two cars, one belonging to the hospital. Police and military investigators believe the bomb was homemade with a possible intent to damage hospital vehicles.

Tom Jones live in Bangkok

Tom Jones announced to the ecstatic crowd at the Impact Arena on March 21 that the last time he had been in Bangkok was 1983. That was over 20 years ago, and given his energy and performance concert goers could be convinced that at that time of his original visit he might have only been 20 years old.

American breakfasts and more

A recent trip to Nimmanhaemin offered me the pleasure of stopping in at the Bake and Bite on Soi 6 for breakfast. There is inside seating but it’s the little deck out front that is quite nice for a morning cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. The prices are quite reasonable, the service quite good. The bacon was delicious and crispy and the eggs perfectly done. Eggs can be quite difficult but whoever is cooking these knows how to cook a perfect fried egg.
