Mrs. Sunetra Nimanant, President of the Chiang Mai Provincial Red Cross and wife of Chiang Mai Governor Amornphan Nimanant, presided over the opening ceremony of the exhibition of masters degree students’ thesis art works of the Fine Arts Faculty, Chiang Mai University, held on May 18 at Chiang Mai University’s Art and Culture Center.


The Lamphun Provincial Court Juvenile and Family Division held a farewell party in honor of Judge Mongkol Jamjittrong, Presiding Judge for Lamphun Provincial Court Juvenile and Family Division on his move to Nongbualamphu as he was named the new Chief Judge for Nongbualamphu Provincial Court Juvenile and Family Division at the Jong Come Room at the RatiLanna Riverside Spa Resort Chiang Mai.


Anant Leetrakul, a member of the Chiang Mai University Council, left, Assoc Prof. Dr. Bussabong Chamroendararassamee, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, CMU, 2nd left, Dr Wattana Khattipattanapong, Director of Sripat Center, 3rd left, and Pravit Akarachinores, the Honorary Consul of Austria in Chiang Mai, right, cut a ribbon marking the opening ceremony of the new x-ray center of Full Digital Radiography, the first of its kind in the North. The ceremony was held on May 20 at Sripat Building in the Maharaj Nakhon Chiang Mai Hospital.


Sangdee Gallery & Cafe on Sirimankalajarn Soi 5 was the scene of the latest gallery showing by Sawan Yanghwe and Sondenkind. Donjai Srivichainanda (left) joins Marie Burrows, Galen Garwood, Stuart, Anchalee Kalmapijit, and Marisa Marchitelli at the grand opening on Saturday, May 22.
