Recently, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and Thai Airways International (TG) launched a Mega Fam trip Thailand Today to showcase Thailand’s best tourism destinations and products. Le Méridien Chiang Mai had the opportunity to welcome and accommodate media and travel agents from Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, India and Indonesia led by Khun Pornthip Makornpan, Director TAT-Singapore.

Chiang Mai Mail staff and friends joined in a birthday dinner party for CMM Editor Phitsanu Thepthong,2nd left, who celebrated his birthday July 15, and CMM’s sales and marketing person, Thanatorn Bua-Ngarm, center, who was born on July 16. The Rising Star Challenge by WE-TV was held on July 17 at Prince Khum Phaya Resort and Spa, Chiang Mai. It is the 3rd year the contest has been held and 10 finalists from the secondary school level and 10 finalists from the university level will be selected for the final round which w will be held soon at Central Airport Plaza, Chiang Mai.
