All of us at the Chiang Mai Mail and the other members of the Pattaya Mail Publishing Company; Pattaya Mail, Pattaya Blatt, and Pattaya Mail TV, join the Kingdom in wishing His Majesty a most Happy Birthday, long life and our sincerest thanks for allowing a similar celebration of “Fathers’ Day, 2012" throughout the Kingdom.

The Chiang Mai Mail would like to join the nation in wishing HM the King a most happy 85th birthday on December 5. This day, a national holiday is also Father’s Day to honor the Father of the Thai people and all Father’s across the Nation.

Princess Dara Rasamee Day celebrations

Princess Dara Rasamee was the daughter of Phra Chao Inthawichayanon, the first King and the royal wife of King Rama 5. Her marriage to HM King Chulalongkorn strengthened the ties between the Lanna Kingdom and Siam.
