
Manfred Ilg, General Manager of 137 Pillars House Hotel hands
over the funds raised at the Tuck and Patti concert held on the grounds
of the hotel recently to Dominique Leutwiler and the Grade 9 students at
‘School for Life’ who will graduate in March. The funds received from
the concert at 137 Pillars will be used for the vocational
training and further support for these students.

Over 100 children and teachers from Baan Ko Sa Leam School in San
Kampaeng spent a day at the Shangri-La Chiang Mai as part of the
hotel’s La Embranch Project. After a special breakfast for all, the kids
spend the day decorating cupcakes, creating origami animals and then

representatives to Thailand to meet with prospective students and
