Partners Songvit Ittipatanakul (far left), Chairat Usavangkul (second right) and Jaffee Yee (far right) are joined by Chef Pomme to welcome guests to the launch party.

By Shana Kongmun
Nihao Magazine, the brainchild of Jaffee Yee, Chairat Usavangkul of the Ping Nakara Hotel and Songvit Ittipatanakul of Standard Tour, the number one Chinese tour operator in Chiang Mai, is a Chinese language magazine aimed at the high end Chinese tourists that are traveling in increasing numbers to Chiang Mai.
The glossy magazine is full of Thailand wide information, offering restaurant reviews, spas, hotels as well as visitor tips for the Chinese traveling to Thailand.
The launch of the new magazine was held at the Nakara Jardin which offered delicious canapés and sweets in a beautiful garden setting. Media and business people attended the party which saw Tourism Authority of Thailand Chiang Mai head Wisut Buachoom arrive along with General Managers from several area hotels, boutique resorts, and Chinese Vice Consul Liang Lin.
The Chiang Mai Mail offers their best wishes for a successful publication to this newest entry into the media world of Chiang Mai.

Liang Lin (center) and Wang of the Chinese Consulate General of Chiang Mai are welcomed by Songvit Ittipatanakul.

Chairat and Jaffee share a mojito with Nikki of Nikki Spirits, who sponsored the cocktails at the event.
