Anchan turns 1 and turns out a crowd

Anchan Vegetarian Restaurant celebrated their 1st anniversary and their continued success showed with the big turnout of loyal friends and customers, many of them not even vegetarian! Although as Jennie pointed out, the buffet was great because, as a vegetarian, she knew she could eat everything.
Owner Naphat, or Aye as he is known, thanked everyone for their continued support in making the new restaurant such a success. He said one of his goals was to make vegetarian food that everyone could eat, that is tasty and delicious and tempts even the non-vegetarians. That he has done and in a friendly, family atmosphere. The colorful walls and beautiful paintings on the walls add color and vibrancy to the restaurant, Aye noted that many of the Chinese tourists that eat there take a photo of themselves in front of the beautiful mural done by artist LiLi Tan.
The evening saw a free buffet with some great Thai and European vegetarian food and ended with a fantastically decorated cake covered in passionfruit and other fruits served after the crowd sang Happy Birthday.

Friends and regular visitors came to congratulate Anchan on reaching their first milestone.
