Lanna Contemporary Exhibition

The Lanna Contemporary Exhibition, which features works of art from contemporary Lanna artists opened at the 1st floor of Central Festival Chiang Mai on May 17, 2014. The exhibition shows paintings, sculptures, printmaking and mixed media images from local and Northern artists.
Deputy Governor Charoenrit Sa-nguansat presided over the opening ceremony of the event at Central Festival Chiang Mai where he was joined by Central staff, artists and the President of the Songserm Sala Lanna Club. The exhibition runs through June 17, 2014 and is free and open to the public during Central Festival opening hours.


Young Artists get chance to shine in Chiang Rai exhibition

June 7 to July 7

Thirty seven young Chiang Rai artists will be on show at Art Bridge from June 7 to July 7, 2014 in Chiang Rai.

The Young Artists Chiang Rai (YACR) will be holding an exhibition of the works of members of the group at Art Bridge Chiang Rai on June 7 at 6 p.m. The far ranging exhibition will run through July 7, 2014 and feature the works of 37 young artists based in this northern province.
The group aims to form a network of artists; sharing and exchanging ideas and news as well as creating more opportunities to introduce the works of Chiang Rai’s young artists. Art Bridge is located on Phahonyothin Road in Ban Doo sub-district before the Mae Fah Luang Airport intersection.
