hotels and restaurants to learn more about Wolf Blass wines. The class
was given by Stuart Rusted who talked more about the establishment of
the business in 1966 by namesake Wolf Blass in the famed Barossa Valley
outside of Adelaide in Australia. He discussed the various wines
produced by Wolf Blass and entered into a lively discussion on the use
of screw caps as opposed to cork, telling the class that cork will cause
spoilage more often than screw cap lids and that the wine will last
longer than with cork. He also announced the company’s sponsorship of
Manchester City Football Club. The event was quite interesting and the
gathered crowd gathered for a group shot with Stuart Rusted, staff from
Vivaldi PR and Bangkok Beer & Beverages.
