Peter Schnyder, General Manager and Nongluk Chaithep,Executive Assistant Manager of The Imperial Mae Ping Hotel recently welcomed Mr. Suriya Prasatbantitya, Chiang Mai Governor to the hotel when he gave the welcome speech at the Table Top Sales T.A.T. Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khirikhan, Samutsongkram, Samuisakorn at the Imperial Grand Hall in the hotel.


Executives and members of the Chiang Mai Chamber of Commerce join Ben Giles, Counsellor and Trade Commissioner from the Australian Trade Commission in Bangkok and Sasiwimol Singhanetr of Baan Meesuk Nursing Home for the dinner and presentation of Villa Meesuk, a newly established residential facility for the aged which offers on site nursing for those who need assistance as well as more independent lifestyles for others. The presentation and dinner was held at the Dhara Dhevi Resort & Spa on June 27, 2014 and was attended by many local businesspeople.


Locals including Elephant Parade’s Marcel Schutte took to the dance floor at Le Meridien Hotel Chiang Mai for their monthly salsa night “Latin Tunes” on Saturday, June 28, 2014, which features free salsa lessons followed by dancing and special price salsa night cocktails from the bar. Latin Tunes is held on the last Saturday of every month at Le Meridien Hotel Chiang Mai.

The Editor of the famous fashion and lifestyle magazine Marie Claire Pilan Sriveerakul (4th left) was joined by Sirimon Na Nakorn (5th left), Managing Director of Post International Media Co, together and well-known organizer Sombat Tirasaroj (6th left), open the event “Marie Claire Best Beauty 2014” at Central Festival Chiang Mai. Deputy Manager of Promenada Resort Mall Chiang Mai Jowell Limalima (2nd left) presented the top prize from their Taste of Japan@Prom event to Thanatcha Wattanakul who was the lucky winner of the Buy & Fly to Japan contest. The six day four night package for two people is valued at 63,800 baht. The Japan@Prom event embraced the culture arts and culture, fashion, food, crafts, performances and workshops of interest of Japan, and also lucky draw activity for customers who purchase goods valued at 1,000 baht in Promenada Resort Mall Chiang Mai.


Assistant Professor Dr. Sompan Wongdee, President of Payap University and members of the executive team congratulated the new Chiang Mai governor, Suriya Prasatbuntitya, at Chiang Mai City Hall on June 25, 2014.
