City and Province vow to combat drunk driving

The Chiang Mai Provincial Police, City and District Courts, Provincial Administration Organization and the Chiang Mai Municipality forged an agreement to help combat drunk driving in Chiang Mai at the City Court Building on November 23, 2011.
