Soho Bar and Guesthouse on Huay Kaew road celebrated their 7th
anniversary on Sunday, November 20, 2011. Owner Shauna Pugh was joined
by her partner and friends to celebrate.

K. Art is joined by the Royal Thai Army on the Sunday Walking Street
Market to raise funds to purchase goods to deliver to flood victims in
the South. This is third collection and raised 208,000 Baht this past
Sunday. They have raised more than 600,000 Baht to date. Next Sunday,
November 27 is the final Sunday to get down to the Walking Street Market
and donate. The funds will be used to purchase goods and food for

Mrs. Anne Jones won a gold necklace from the Chiang Mai Night Safari
on November 12, 2011. The Chiang Mai Night Safari is awarding a gold
chain to a lucky customer every week in honor of its 5th
anniversary celebrations.

Thai rock duo Wasan received a warm welcome from
Kantary Hills Chiang Mai General Manager Magrin Promyothi (center),
when they stayed at the hotel for their “Khon Huajai Singh” concert at
the 700th Anniversary Stadium in Chiang Mai.

Khun Art from GAP Guest House organised some of the best musicians and
singers from Chiang Mai to busk on Sunday Walking Street with the Army
helping collect money for the 'Flood Victims' of Thailand. OVER 90,000

Chiang Mai Friends hosted M.R. Saisawasdi Svasti
Thomson (center holding flowers), the daughter of Mom Chao Supawat
Wongsanit Sevasti, the leader of Free Thai Movement, United Kingdom, to
their monthly meeting held at Centara Duang Tawan Hotel on
October 26th, where she gave a talk on the Seri Thai or Free
Thai movement. The evening was attended by Japanese Consul General Kazuo
Shibata and British Honorary Consul (and son of the guest speaker) Ben

The Chiang Mai Night Safari joined forces with Pattaya’s Nong
Nooch Tropical Botanic Gardens to create a garden exhibition for the
upcoming Royal Flora Ratchaphruek. The Director General of Agriculture
for the Ministry of Agriculture Jirakorn Gosaisawee travelled to Chiang
Mai to open the garden. He was joined by Chiang Mai Governor ML Panadda
Diskul, Dr. Kampon Tansacha, CEO of Nong Nooch Gardens, Thongchai
Wongwaipanit, Sarawut Saetiew, President of Chiang Mai News and the
Travel and Hotels Association for Chiang Mai and Dr. Sarawut Srisakune,
the CEO of the Chiang Mai Night Safari in cutting the ribbon for the
grand opening on November 1, 2011.

held their 51st anniversary celebrationson October 31, 2011
and Chiang Mai Mayor Tussanai Buranupakorn and staff from the Chiang Mai
