Supalai launches newest condo in Chiang Mai opposite Central Festival

Supalai Public Company Limited is launching their new new condominium project titled “Supalai Monte II” at the prime location opposite Central Festival Chiang Mai on the Superhighway. The project has been open for Pre-Sales from November 15 - December 21 2015 at Central Festival Chiang Mai and at their sales office on the Superhighway. The price starts from about 1 million baht for a fully furnished condo unit.
Tritecha Tangmatitham, Vice Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited said the company sees the potential for sustained economic growth and social development in Chiang Mai. The company has seen consumer in interest in the property market continue to grow.
“Supalai Monte II” is located on the Chiang Mai - Doi Saket Road, a road that connects key locations in the city, surrounded by leading educational institutions, hospitals and department stores and shopping centers.
The condo will have 32 floors including a rooftop terrace set on 4 rai of land, there will 734 units plus shop units. Units include studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos with sizes ranging from 33 sqm to 117 sqm. Designed in a modern Lanna style, the project is committed to energy efficiency and will offer views of the city and Doi Suthep. In addition to the rooftop terrace there will be a lounge and library, multi-function room, gym and pool.
