Chiang Mai people gathered together in front of Three Kings Monument on April 12 to celebrate the anniversary of the founding of the city by King Mengrai.

Chiang Mai residents gathered at Three Kings Monument on April 12 at 8:30 a.m. to mark the 719th anniversary of the founding of Chiang Mai by King Mengrai.

Police arrest 82 year old man in murder case

Police announced the arrest of an 82 year old suspect in the murder of Waan, an employee of a vegetarian restaurant on Moon Muang Road. The victim’s body was found nude, laying on the floor of the bathroom of a motel in Paton at 5:50 p.m. on April 26, 2015.

We started the week with parachute fun and games, attempted the challenging low rope course, learnt to cook “jungle style” on open fires, and put our survival skills into practice camping and hiking around Doi Inthanon.
